Too many issues, no response

I have had this app since it came out and there have always been issues. I have attempted to contact them multiple times and have never, not once received a response. The app has great potential, I have it on my MacBook, iPad and iPhone in hopes that one day it would all work the way it should. Update after update leads to more frustration. One thing gets fixed and two more are broken. I too have lost lyrics, Ive never synced my Mac because it wont allow me to and now my iPhone keeps telling me I need an internet connection. I suppose they got my money and thats all they cared about. With unreliable function and no customer service I guess Im moving on and you should probably pass on this one as well.
